Public embeds

Canvases set as public embeds are accessible to anyone who knows the canvas ID. This is useful for embedding in apps such as Notion, or Powerpoint.

Warning: Use caution when deciding what to put in public embeds.

To make a canvas embed public, open the embed menu with Cmd + K and type Embed Canvas, then check the Public checkbox.

Public embeds can be used without any token exchange with your backend:
